The Kensington Community Centre Design Brief
Putting in the final touches to a major renovation to the community centre, the yard needed plenty of room for play, low maintenance and some sensory interest for the kids.

The Solution
A large deck of irregular shape around a big sand pit, with some tough and textural planting. A raised garden bed to allow room for veges to be planted and some bench seats with plenty of storage for toys and play equipment.
