The Flemington Garden Design Brief
A recent renovation had left the small yard of this family home a muddy mess. Requirements included space for a shed, an entertaining deck, some grass for small children to play on and a real feature to be viewed from the living area

The Solution
Taking inspiration from the clients collections of Bonsais, a limited palette of plants and solid field granite boulders creating a relaxed Japanese inspired garden. A series of raised timber decks starting at the interior floor level extended the living area and a hardwood pergola created an intimate dining area.
